History repeating itself is usually a joke people make to explain things that seem to happen over and over again. But what if it is more than that?

Amelia Fitzgerald is about to find out that the saying is more than what she ever thought it was.

After a tragic accident claimed the lives of her parents Amelia started having the most vivid dreams. The kind where the tears are very real, leaving Amelia convinced that her dreams are more than dreams. When she meets Liam it all seems to come in a bit of truth and even more questions.

She learns that everyone’s fate is set, but that sometimes it gets twisted. Of course with the truth comes a price and there are those who want to make sure that the truth doesn’t get out.

After all the good and the bad doesn’t want the world to know, people just may start choosing sides.

INTERVIEW

What inspired you to write this book?

I was thinking about reincarnation and how some things seemed to happen similarly again and again throughout history.

How did you choose your title?

It was something one of the characters said and I was thinking about how the two main characters were changing their fate when they learned everything.

Tell us about the cover and how it came to be.

My cover designer had already made this one and I fell in love with it. Shout out Once Upon A Time Covers!

Did you selfpublish or publish traditionally and why?

Self publish because it’s fun and easy and helps you get your work out there faster than the years traditional publishers can take.

What do you consider the most important part of a good story?

Fun characters with a good story to tell.

What is your writing process?

I plot out how I want the story to go chapter by chapter and then start writing even though I often stray away from the plan.

How long have you been writing?

Since I was young, but with the plan to publish four years or so.

How did you get started writing?

When I was young in classes.

Are you a plotter or a pantser?

A little bit of both, because I plot but I always end up deviating.

What part of the writing process is the hardest for you?

Editing.

What tips can you give on how to get through writers block?

Handwriting, getting out a pen and notebook always helps me.

What kind of music do you like to listen to while you write?

Mostly alternative and metal. I love AFI and My Chemical Romance. I swear my spirit animal is a goth teenager.

Who is your favorite author?

I’m a writer who loves YA paranormal…….I don’t know where to start.

Who is your favorite character from a book?

Beryl from A Fortune's Wheel.

What is your favorite book?

I love messed up people so “Flowers in the Attic” by V.C. Andrews

Read anything good lately?

I just got on the “Gone Girl” bandwagon and loved it.

What do you like to do when you're not writing?

I have an unhealthy Netflix and nap addition.

What advice would you give an author just starting out?

The usual, don’t quit!

Have you had anything else published?

Blood Pact and it’s sequel The Broken Pact are both out.

What's your next project?

The third book in the Blood Pact series.
